Crow Tree by Dark Woods Coffee

I’ve been tinkering with my Sage Barista Pro machine for a month now, and Dark Woods coffee brand is one of my favourites. I enjoy dark blends with strong taste, so Crow Tree gets out a very strong Americano with a dark chocolate taste. Here’s my recipe:

• Coffee: 19g
• Grind: 10 (inner burr at 4)
• Out: 45g
• Time: 28-35s
• Water: 180ml

I’d give this coffee a 9/10 score, but it’s still early days in my coffee journey. It may change in the future, who knows?
